灰度成立Grayscale Funds Trust，并提交比特币和以太坊相关ETF申请

比特币指南 消息，5 月 10 日，据 GlobeNewswire 报道，数字资产管理公司灰度投资（Grayscale Investments）宣布成立信托基金 Grayscale Funds Trust，该基金是一个特拉华州的法定信托结构，支持该公司继续建立其 ETF 特许专营权。

同时，Grayscale 还宣布已向美国证券交易委员会提交了关于 Grayscale Ethereum Futures ETF、Grayscale Global Bitcoin Composite ETF 和 Grayscale Privacy ETF 的 N-1A 表格注册声明，这三只基金都是 Grayscale Funds Trust 的信托基金。
